Caroline has made an incredible difference in my life.  I fell from a ladder in 2003 and had sciatica pain my entire adult life.  After my second surgery in 2019 I was fortunate enough to be referred to Caroline.  I was about 3 months out of surgery and still in a fair amount of pain.  Up until this point I have tried every modality of therapy and spent over 80k trying to heal my back and find some relief from the pain.

Caroline pinpointed the root causes of my pain right off and I slept through the night for the first time since I could remember after the first visit.  She taught me effective exercises and after a few weekly visits we were able to stretch our appointments out farther and farther.  Today I am pain free and only go for maintenance when I feel I need it every 6 months or so unless I get hurt.  I am incredibly grateful for her great skill and expertise.  I know I wouldn’t be where I am at without her work.  Because of her I get to experience a full life again.  Thank you Caroline
